Collect some dresses, skirts, and blouses in several sizes to cover the age group of the girls attending the party, scarves, high-heeled shoes, ribbons, shawls, hats, gloves, and costume jewelry to create your own high fashion wardrobe. Neighbors, friends, relatives, garage sales and secondhand stores like goodwill are excellent sources for dress-up items. You can also get some cheap stuff from your nearest Michael's store.
