Birthday Fun Party

We put the fun back in the birthday party!

Bury It

Select a future age for your birthday baby (may be 5 or 10 years away), and ask guests to write a letter to him or her at that age. May be he or she is already in high school by then.  Provide colored paper, pens and envelopes to the guests. You can also provide some theme appropriates stickers to put on the letters. Collect all letters, as well as the days newspaper clippings and photos from the party. A shoebox or popcorn tin serves perfectly as a time capsule. Put all the stuff in this time capsule and seal it up. Then "bury" the time capsule  somewhere in the house or attic, to be opened at a birthday party years in the future.
