The title describes this game best because as you probably guessed the object of this game is to make somebody laugh! Pick a child randomly to be first, and make other kids form a circle around him or her. Let the kids in the circle sing silly songs, tell jokes, or make funny faces to try and make the person in the center laugh. Anything is allowed as long as nobody touches the kid in the center. So no tickling... See who can go the longest without laughing! This saddest person probably needs (and deserves) a price to make them laugh.
