This is a fun activity but involves some preparation work on your part. You may want to enlist the help of other moms for this activity. Buy a Winnie the Pooh coloring book, a bunch of crayons, pieces of thin card-board. Card-boards are needed for stiffening the placemats. You will also need a roll of clear Con-Tact paper. You can buy Con-Tact paper at any local hardware store. Remove the pages from the coloring book and cut the cardboard to match the size of two coloring pages. Also, Cut the Con-Tact paper a little larger that the card-board so it can be folded behind the card-board. At the party, give each child two pages and let them have fun. When they’re done coloring, lay the pictures on top of the cardboard and cover with the clear Con-Tact paper. This also serves as a nice party favor the kids can cherish for long.
