Ingredients:
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 strawberry per guest
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons, juiced)
- 6 cups cold water
Purée blueberries and sugar in a blender. Add to a pitcher and mix with lemon juice until all sugar is dissolved. Stir in water. Serve in special cups like our Royal Goblets garnished with a strawberry on each rim. Serves 8.
