Clown Cupcakes 2

Bake regular cupcakes and let them cool. Remove the paper liner from one cupcake and place it upside down over the top of another cupcake. Frost the top one and cover it with a sugar ice cream cone "hat." Decorate the clowns with candy for eyes and use decorative icing to stick candy to the cones.
