Mr. Krabs would be proud to serve this snack. Food made from the taro root is party-perfect because it's usually served as poi at traditional luaus. Even the name, luau, is taken from the word for taro leaves. But since kids probably won't be fond of poi (a purple-grey food paste made from taro root), serve taro chips instead. They're a lot like potato chips and can be found in the snack aisle at progressive grocery stores.
