Ingredients:
- pound cake (homemade or store-bought)
- raspberry jam
- 2 cups powdered sugar and red food coloring
- decorator gel
Slice pound cake into tiny squares and spread with straw-berry jam. Create pink icing by mixing powdered sugar with 6 tablespoons of water and a few drops of food coloring. Drizzle icing over cake squares; once dry, use colored gel to decorate squares with flowers. (You can also use a simple sheet cake instead of a pound cake; or serve miniature pink cupcakes and call them "pup-cakes!")
