Birthday Fun Party

These cute little cupcakes look just like Pikachu's sweet face. Hot cinnamon candies represent the tiny pouches on Pikachu's cheeks where it stores electricity.
Ingredients:
- cupcake box mix or homemade batter (you'll also need a miniature cupcake baking tin and wrappers)
- yellow frosting
- black, white and pink decorator gels
- small, round cinnamon candies<
Supplies:
- yellow construction paper
- scissors
- black marker
- picture of Pikachu
Bake cupcakes according to directions. When cool, frost yellow. Using the gel, decorate each cupcake with black and white eyes, and a pink mouth. Add a cinnamon candy for each cheek. Then cut 2 ears from yellow construction paper; touch 1 end of each with a black marker, and insert other end into side of cupcake, near the top of Pikachu's head.
