Ingredients:
- cupcake mix
- white frosting
- yellow decorator gel
- round chocolate cookies
Supplies:
- cupcake wrappers
- cupcake tin
Simply bake cupcakes and frost white. Divide a cookie in half, and use to create penguin wings, with flat sides facing in. Use decorator gel to make eyes, beak (upside-down triangle) and feet.
