Ingredients:
- 16 oz. of sea shell pasta
- 2 eggs and 2 cups of milk
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
In a large pot of salted water, boil pasta for 5 min. until partially cooked; drain. Place in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add melted butter and the shredded cheese to egg mixture; mix well. Pour over the pasta; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, for 30-40 minutes, or until top is brown. Cover with foil for the last 10 minutes to prevent scorching.
